5 Ingredient Mexican Rice is the one dish you are going to want every Taco Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday…

Okay you get it.

You are going to want this all the time.  It is easy, tasty and family friendly.
5 Ingredient Mexican rice is so easy to make and should be an addition at every taco night! This is a rice the whole family will love!

This Mexican rice is absolutely fool-proof.  It is so simple. I usually prepare this towards the end of making my slow cooker chicken and it’s all done at the same time.  From start to finish, it’s just about 30 minutes.  Can’t beat that!  Especially because the flavors in this rice are absolutely amazing! We have it here more often than just with Mexican food.  Something I haven’t tried, but plan to, is adding some mixed veggies after the rice is cooked for a nice variation.  Let me know if you try it before I do. ;)
