Roasted Garlic Hummus


  • Total Time: 1 hour

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (15oz) chickpeas (reserve liquid)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp sesame tahini
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1/4 liquid from can of chickpeas
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in food processor in order listed.  Pulse until smooth and desired consistency.
  2.  For thicker hummus, add more chickpeas.  For thinner hummus, add a little water.
