- 1 can (15oz) chickpeas (reserve liquid)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp sesame tahini
- juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 liquid from can of chickpeas
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- salt & pepper, to taste
- Add all ingredients in food processor in order listed. Pulse until smooth and desired consistency.
- For thicker hummus, add more chickpeas. For thinner hummus, add a little water.
