    • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1.5 sticks of butter
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
    • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 1/2 cups M&M’s


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
    2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
    3. In a large bowl, beat the butter, both sugars and vanilla for 3-4 minutes, until creamy. Add in eggs one by one, beating after each addition.
    4. Add flour mixture all at once and stir in until just blended (don’t overmix!).  Add in the M&M’s and stir until combined.
    5. Drop by tablespoons, or using a mini cookie scoop, on baking sheet.  Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
    6. Enjoy, or top with more M&M’s while still warm, and then enjoy! 😉
