Cut the time out of making cinnamon rolls and go straight to this 20 minute baguette. It's easy to make, tastes just like a cinnamon roll and feeds a crowd! Great for brunch or as a dessert.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the bread in half lengthwise. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix until a smooth paste forms and then spread on both sides of the bread. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Melt butter over medium low heat and then add the apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Simmer for 7-10 minutes or until soft and fragrant. Cool for a few minutes.
Combine glaze ingredients, adding more sugar for a thicker consistency or milk for thinner. Set aside.
Once the bread comes out of the oven, top with the apple mixture and then drizzle with the glaze. Cool for 5-10 minutes, slice and enjoy!
