Ingredients

  • 1 15oz loaf of vanilla Brioche
  • 8 oz full fat cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • zest of one orange
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Orange marmalade

Instructions

  • Chop the vanilla brioche and add to a greased 9x9 inch baking dish. Add dollops of orange marmalade all over the top and between the pieces.
  • In the cup of a blender, add the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, milk, orange zest and juice, and vanilla. Blend until fully combined and then pour over the brioche. Cover with foil and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours or ideally overnight.
  • In the morning, remove from the fridge 30 minutes before baking. Preheat the oven to 350 and then bake for 35-45 min or until a toothpick inserted in the center custard comes out clean. Let it rest for 15 min and then dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
