10 Minute Creamy Chicken Pasta

Under 10 minutes in the Instant Pot and dinner is served! Creamy pasta sauce, filling and perfect for a large family!

Ingredients
  

Seasoning Blend for Chicken

  • 3 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Pasta Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts cubed & seasoned with blend
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 16 oz pasta
  • 3.5 cups chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp butter cubed
  • 4 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Turn the Instant Pot on the sauce function and add your chicken and onion. Sauce for 2-3 min, tossing occasionally to sauté all sides of the chicken. Turn off.
  • Add the pasta and chicken broth to the pot and place the lid on your Instant Pot. Set the timer to 5 minutes on high pressure and then do a quick release when it is done.
  • Add the cream cheese and butter and stir until melted. Lastly, sprinkle the Parmesan on top and give it a quick stir. If you want the sauce thicker, let it sit for 15-30 minutes in the warm Instant Pot. Serve and enjoy!
