Cookie Butter Apple Crumble

Cookie Butter Apple Crumble is a cozy fall dessert with baked apples, dollops of creamy cookie butter spread and a crunchy, buttery crumbled topping made with crushed cookie butter cookies. Perfect with vanilla ice cream or caramel drizzle!

Ingredients
  

Apple Filling

  • 4-5 apples peeled, cored and. chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup cookie butter spread

Crumble Topping

  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 8 tbsp butter melted
  • 6 Biscoff cookies crushed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  • In a large bowl add the apples and toss with lemon juice. Add in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch and toss until combined. Pour mixture into baking dish.
  • Add dollops of cookie butter throughout the top of the apples.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar and biscoff cookies. Add in the melted butter and crumble with your fingers or a fork until combined. Spread over the top of the apples.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly and jammy. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving with ice cream!
