Gooey Brownie Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of Ghiardelli Double Chocolate brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • Extra chocolate chips!

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
  • Using a small cookie scoop, form into balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 9 minutes exactly. They'll look a little underbaked, that's ok!
  • Let them rest on the baking sheet for 10 minutes or so then Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool (but not completely! These are best warm and gooey!). Enjoy :)
