M&M's Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownies

A homemade dessert that cannot get any easier: boxed brownie, pre made cookie dough and M&M's. Layers of delicious treats all in one!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boxes Ghirardelli brownie mix (double chocolate is my fav)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tube Pillsbury Cookie Dough (12 pieces)
  • 1/2 cup Mini M&M's

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and line a 9x13inch baking pan with parchment paper (ideally a metal pan).
  • In a large bowl, combine the 2 boxes of brownie mix, oil, milk and eggs. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
  • Slice the tube of cookie dough into 12 equal pieces. Flatten them a little and then place on the cookie dough. Don't press them down.
  • Sprinkle the mini M&M's on top.
  • Bake for 40-50 min or until the center is just barely set. Remove from the oven and let it sit until cool in the pan. Remove from pan, slice and enjoy!
