M&M’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownies may be a mouthful…but they’re a delicious one!
A double batch of brownies is the base of this delicious dessert.
Ghirardelli Double Chocolate, of course.
Add to that a whole tube of Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
I slice it into 12 equal pieces and smush them a little bit so they cover more of the brownie.
Line those up over the brownie batter and thennnn…
Top with mini M&M’s. Because why not?!
These are the best of both worlds!
Rich chocolate brownies, the best chocolate chip cookies and a sprinkle of M&M’s for some extra fun.
You’re going to LOVE these.
And the best part?
Because it’s a double batch of Brownie, they feed a crowd!
Perfect for all those summer pool days.
What you’ll need and how to make them:
- Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix: 2 boxes of this!
- Oil: we’re not following the recipe on the back of the box here, you’ll need 1 cup!
- Milk: we’re swapping the water for milk
- Eggs: 2 of them
- Cookie Dough: I used a log of Pillsbury Cookie dough, but honestly, any will do!
- Mini M&M’s: or your favorite chocolate candy! I just love the color and fun that M&M’s bring to the dessert!
The directions are simple:
Make brownie batter, pour into the pan (metal pan is best!).
Top with pieces of cookie dough.
Sprinkle with mini M&M’s.
That’s it! Simple as can be.
Bake for 40-45 min or until the center is barely set.
