Chick-Fil-A sauce was the chain’s greatest invention. And this Copycat Chick-Fil-A sauce is the second!
Okay, maybe it was the actual chicken, but after that, their sauce is the best thing on the menu!
Have you had it? If you haven’t, you have to get out there today and try it. And if you have? Well, get out there and have it again. ;)
As good as visiting the actual location sounds, it isn’t really always feasible.
I don’t know where you all live, but where I am at, there is not a Chick-fil-A closer than 30 minutes away from me. So it’s not like I can just swing by really quick between teaching piano students to pick up a chicken nuggets meal during my break.
I actually do not get to go that often because I am not in the area where there is one often. So instead, I have learned how to copy cat their meals.
Sure, they are not the same, but I have gotten some pretty near perfect results! The best so far has been this Copy Cat Chick-Fil-A sauce.
Yep, it is a secret sauce that is just their own, but after tasting it, you will get an idea of what it has…
It is a mixture of ingredients that you surely have on hand. Unless you’re like me and don’t always have lemons.
But that’s an easy fix. On your next supermarket trip, pick up a lemon and then you’ll surely have all the ingredients!
Check out the recipe below, give it a try and then compare it to the one from Chick-Fil-A and let me know what you think!
